Patrick Amenuvor, a Ghanaian photographer and content producer, unexpectedly called off his Guinness World Record (GWR) stand-a-thon attempt on January 14, 2024, just 30 minutes into the endeavour.
Patrick Amenuvor launched the GWR attempt in the afternoon of January 14, 2024, in front of a crowd of fans and judges eager to see the audacious accomplishment completed in glory.
However, a message circulating on social media stated that Amenuvor decided to cancel the record-breaking attempt, claiming concerns that he had unwittingly breached several Guinness World Record guidelines.
In his statement, Patrick Amenuvor declared his intention to discontinue the GWR effort, saying,
“At this point, I deem it fit to get back with my team to review our attempt so far and make sure to avoid any errors that may hinder my future attempt.”
Patrick concluded his statement by thanking all of his fans and the Ghanaian community for rallying behind him in quest of this tough record.
